The All Progressives Congress (APC) has received a robust endorsement for its ongoing electronic membership registration and verification exercise from one of its prominent figures, Apostle Abasiandikan Nkono.
In an interaction with the media, Nkono stated that the initiative is a fundamental step towards ensuring total digital compliance and building a more transparent and vibrant party structure.
He emphasized that the exercise goes beyond routine administrative work, describing it as a necessary foundation for genuine grassroots engagement.
“Getting registered on the party’s digital platform is the first and most important step for every member and intending member,” Apostle Nkono said. “It is how we continue to build our party, ensure transparency in our processes, and guarantee that every supporter has a clear pathway to contribute to the party’s future.”

He added that “once your name is duly captured in the national digital register, your right to take part in key party functions—from meetings to congresses and candidate selection—becomes fully activated and protected.”
The Commissioner praised the national leadership of the APC for envisioning and implementing this technological upgrade.
He also acknowledged the supportive roles played by President Bola Tinubu, Senate President Godswill Akpabio, Governor Umo Eno, and the entire party structure in ensuring the smooth rollout of the exercise across Akwa Ibom State.
