Ephraim Inyang-Eyen, Founder TIEIP, Others  Pay Tribute As Esema  Begins Final Journey 

 

The Chairman and Founder of Transformation Initiative for the Empowerment of  Ibom People yesterday lead members of the organisation on a condolence visit to the family of Late Obong (Barr.) Essien Esema who was the Deputy Chairman BOT, TIEIP.
The Transformation Initiative for the Empowerment of Ibom People is a Socio-political and cultural group birthed to give maximum support to the incumbent administration in the state.
The Chairman of the group Akparawa. Ephraim Inyangeyen in his tribute described the departed politician as a very humble man and a great leader who worked tenaciously for the growth of Akwa Ibom state.
In his words, “We won’t leave the family and walk away, we will do our very best for the Esema family. Be rest assured that TIEIP will be part of the funeral arrangements till interment and will continually support this family by the grace of God.” Adding that, all thirty four chapters must come and pay respect to him.
Responding on behalf of the family, Prince Esema Joseph Esema expressed gratitude to the delegation for coming to sympathize with them.
Earlier on, Inyangeyen signed the condolence register at the family compound of the deceased and made a donation of cash, cow, yams, goats, assorted drinks and food stuffs for the burial.
There was a sober mood on the faces of the delegation when they arrived the compound of Late Obong Essien Esema.
Late Obong Essien died at 60 years, and survived by a; wife, five children and many other relations to mourn his demise. He will be laid to rest on Saturday, 16th Nov, 2019 at The Salvation Army, Akai Corps.
