Gov. Eno Directs UCCDA To Extend Beautification Project To All Flyovers

Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno, has directed the Uyo Capital City Development Authority (UCCDA) to extend the ongoing beautification project it is handling at Atiku Flyover to all other flyovers in the State.
The Governor gave the directive on Saturday, February 15, 2025, during the February edition of the Government House Monthly Prayer Service held at the Latter House Chapel, Governor’s Lodge, Uyo.
He also charged the Agency to prioritise security around the locations so as make the place comfortable for relaxation and attractive to visitors.
He said the State has become a tourists destination and its clean and serene status must be maintained at all cost.
The Governor also announced plans to lay the foundation for the Golden Initiative For All (GIFA) Heqd Offfice as part of the first anniversary of the Initiative and expressed gratitude to everyone for their continuous support.

In his exhortation on the theme, “Prophesy against them”, taken from the Bible book of Ezekiel 11:4, the General Overseer of Great Faith Church, Uyo, Archbishop Udeme Simon, prayed that God’s blessings will continue to abound in the State and prophesied divine guidance and protection on the administration.
The service featured praise, worship, prayers, and choir ministrations.
