Ibom Air Has Sustained Impressive Standard, Quality Service Delivery—Gov. Eno
Elated by the excellent service delivery of the state-owned airline, Ibom Air, in Nigeria, the Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, has given the company a pat on the back.
Responding to questions from Government House Correspondents on his arrival at the Victor Attah International Airport (VAIA) on Thursday, January 29, 2026, the Governor commended the airline for its impressive standard and sustained excellence, which has enabled it to become a symbol of emulation for other airlines in the country.
“Boarding Ibom Air is always pleasant. It is the best airline in this country without a shadow of a doubt. They are doing well.
“Ibom Air is an amazing experience, nice flight, wonderful crew, and I’m very proud of what they are doing,” he said.
The Governor assured that he will always fly with the airline. “Any time my schedule permits, like this one, I will always fly Ibom Air.”

Governor Eno had boarded Ibom Air from the VAIA yesterday, with other passengers who were fortunate to receive various fabulous gifts from the people-centric leader.
Addressing the privileged passengers onboard, the Governor thanked them for their consistent patronage of the airline.
The Governor promised the passengers that Ibom Air will keep on providing quality services in line with international standards, and assured the State Government’s continued support for the airline and also, its readiness to make the VAIA one of the best in the country.
