IWD: APC Lagos Women Leaders Hail Contributions of Female Party Members

The Women Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State, Hon. Iyabosola Eletu, has praised female members of the party for their commitment and contributions to its growth and success.

Eletu, alongside the party’s Assistant Women Leader, Hon. Damilola Sonayon James, gave the commendation in a joint message to mark this year’s celebration of International Women’s Day.

The APC women leaders described female members of the party as vital pillars of the organisation whose dedication and sacrifices have strengthened the party’s structures and expanded its influence across communities in the state.

They noted that women in the party have continued to play significant roles in grassroots mobilisation, leadership and community engagement, which they said has contributed to the party’s stability and progress.

According to them, the theme of this year’s celebration, “Give to Gain,” reflects the value of service, sacrifice and collective effort in building stronger institutions and advancing society.

They added that APC women in Lagos have consistently demonstrated these qualities through their support for party activities and their involvement in promoting inclusive participation in governance.

The women leaders encouraged female party members to remain united, purposeful and committed to the ideals of the party, noting that their continued engagement would help strengthen the APC and advance development in Lagos State.
