Last week Friday on my way to Mbiaobong Park on Aka Etinan Road, I was robbed in a tricycle popularly known as ‘KEKE’. I’m still thinking it was a dream because it was in the early hours of noon and I’m dumbstruck, unable to come to reality with the fact that one could be robbed at 2pm on Uyo road. Insecurity is becoming alarming in Uyo even in vehicles. It seems the relative peace we’ve so far enjoyed since the emergence of Mr. Udom Emmanuel as governor is being threatened by haters of peace who keep causing havoc on innocent citizens and residents.
The government and security operatives should please look into this alarming matter that is fast beginning to threatening the relative peace in the state.
