Reschedule Akwa Utd, Dakkada FC Fixtures

I have observed that Akwa United and Dakkada FC which are both in the Nigerian Professional Football
League (NPFL) and based in Uyo have their home matches same weekend. This is not proper because it does not seem feasible for two matches to be played in Uyo simultaneously.

Although there are two standard stadia in the city, it will be a case of divided attention to have them play their separate home fixtures in Uyo same time.

The NPFL should borrow a leaf from the English Premier League where two teams from same city usually have alternating home fixtures not for lack of stadium but to avoid divided attention. For example any weekend Manchester United have a home fixture their Manchester City rivals will go on away fixture.

Already having Akwa United and Dakkada play at home same weekend has caused a logjam in match postponement. Now the two teams are behind in the number of matches played so far as they constantly have theirs rescheduled so to allow one play at the weekend while the other waits.
