Akwa Ibom TRC celebrates Oku Ibom Ibibio Over Daughter’s marriage
Joining a long list of eminent well-wishers to celebrate with the Oku Ibom Ibibio, His Eminence, Ntenyin (Dr.) Solomon Etuk and his immediate family on the marriage of the Premier monarch’s daughter, Princess Esit-Ime, are members of the Akwa Ibom State Traditional Rulers Council (AKSTRC).
Ntenyin Solomon Etuk, who is the President General of the apex traditional institution in Akwa Ibom State, was assured of the best wishes of the Council.
The Council, in a felicitation message signed by its Secretary, Mr. Emmanuel Umontuen, confirmed participation and all-round support to the success of the traditional marriage billed to hold on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 by 12:00 noon at School Ground, Ikot Ukobo, Nsit Ubium LGA and Church wedding on Friday, December 10, 2021 by 10.00 am at St. Athanasius Parish, Nung Udoe, lbesikpo Asutan Local Government Area followed with the wedding party at Ibom Hall, IBB Avenue, Uyo.

Governor Udom Emmanuel and his wife, Dr. Mrs. Martha Emmanuel are the Special Guests of Honour.
Former Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Arc Obong Victor Attah will be the Chairman at the Traditional Marriage while HRM Edidem Raymond Timothy Inyang, Paramount Ruler of Onna LGA, who is the Secretary General of Ifim Ibom Ibibio and Enin Afaha Worldwide will be the Chairman of the Wedding Party.
Hordes of traditional rulers across Nigeria have equally expressed joy and solidarity with the Oku Ibom Ibibio on the epochal celebrations and have indicated interest to grace the marriage ceremonies.
The groom, Prince Iberedem Eventus Hilary, hails from Nung Oku Ibesikpo, Ibesikpo Asutan Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State.
