Eteidung Asikpo Describes Gov. Eno’s One Year Achievements As Monumental

The village head of Ekpri Nsukara Offot in Uyo Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, Eteidung Emem Denis Asikpo, has congratulated Governor Umo Bassey Eno on his one-year anniversary in office, describing his successes as monumental.

Eteidung Asikpo, in a goodwill message to the governor on the occasion of his first-year anniversary celebration, which climaxed at the Uyo Township Stadium on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, noted that all parts of Akwa Ibom State have felt the impact of the governor.

He said Gov. Eno fits perfectly into Warren Bennis’ assertion that “leadership is the capacity to translate a vision into reality.”

Eteidung Asikpo, while pledging the total support of his leadership and that of the entire village and residents alike to the governor, said that the administration’s ARISE Agenda is a mantra that will herald the GOLDEN ERA of Akwa Ibom State as the gains are already manifesting.

The village added, “Your Excellency, at the Units, Wards, Local Government Areas, State Constituencies, Federal Constituencies and Senatorial Districts of Akwa Ibom State, thumbs up abound for a positive impact recorded by your administration within the last 365 days in office.

“On behalf of Ekpri Nsukara Offot Village Council, the entire indigenes and residents alike, I therefore heartily congratulate you as you mark your one-year anniversary as the Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State.

“We align with your administration’s ARISE Agenda as a mantra that will herald the GOLDEN ERA of Akwa Ibom State as the gains are already manifesting!”

Eteidung Asikpo also commended Gov. Eno for having appointed the son of the Offot Ukwa Clan in Uyo Local Government Area, Prince Enobong Uwah, to be the secretary to the Akwa Ibom State Government, noting that that decision remains a welcome development across Uyo and the entire state.
