“I promised during our campaigns that I would touch all the eleven wards in the Nsit Ibom Local Government Area. When I came to Asang 4, the issue of this Primary Healthcare Centre was presented, and I promised to intervene. Today, I am glad that I have fulfilled that promise.

While appreciating the Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno, for constructing the ultra-modern Primary Healthcare Centre at Oboyo Ikot Ita, Rt. Hon. Aaron affirmed the fact that there is a need for the availability of more well-equipped Primary Healthcare Centres across the hinterlands of the Local Government Area for easy access by indigenes.
