Ngba Ndiak Obolo Honours Senator Bassey Albert, Others
A formidable socio-cultural organization in Akwa Ibom State, Ngba Ndiak Obolo, has honoured Senator Bassey Albert Akpan (OBA) in recognition of his superlative performance in the Senate as well as his empowerment and human capacity development.
Senator Albert, who is the chairman, Senate Committee on Petroleum Resources (Upstream) and Senator representing Akwa Ibom North East Senatorial District, was honoured as a Patron at the Ngba Ndiak Obolo’s (Obolo People‘s Assembly) 2021 Obolo Converge, held Saturday, December 11, 2021.
The 2021 Obolo converge with the theme “Maintaining the Obolo identity, Consciousness & Dream” was held at the Prestigious Obolo Hall Grounds,Okoroete, Eastern Obolo Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State.
The Honourary Patron awardees includes H. E. Ambassador Etim Uye, former Ambassador of Nigeria to Greece; HRM Nla Iraron JP, AGNP (Ede-Obolo II) and Senator Emmanuel Ibok-Essien.
