Senator Bassey Albert Celebrates With Hon. Ita Ukpong On Natal Day

The Chairman, Senate Committee on Petroleum Resources (Upstream) and Senator representing Akwa Ibom North East Senatorial District, Distinguished Senator Bassey Albert Akpan (OBA), has celebrated with the Deputy Chief Whip of the 7th Ibiono Ibom Legislative Council, Hon Ita Ukpong on his birthday.

Senator Albert, who is the Leader of the Akwa Ibom Caucus in the National Assembly, while commissioning a model Bus-Stop renovated by Hon. Ita at the birthday event in Oko-Ita on Monday, December 20, 2021, commended him for effective representation of his ward and local government area.

He urged him to continue with the people’s oriented programmes in order to sustain the mandate of his constituents at all times.

Hon. Ukpong, Councillor representing Ibiono Ibom Central 2, Old Ward 10 (New Ward 12), who decided to celebrate his birthday with his constituents, used the opportunity to thank them for their support throughout his first one-year in office and doled out empowerment items.
