CAN: Organise A Memorial To Bonnke

The recent passing of Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke on December 7 this year at the age of 79 is a great loss to Christendom, especially to the African continent where he spent more than half of his lifetime to spread the gospel.

He brought a lot of joy to millions in Africa through his sound preaching of the gospel and touched lives in many positive ways.

May I therefore suggest that the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) on behalf of the millions of Christians in Nigeria should hold a memorial to Bonnke who did a lot to evangelise the continent.

No posthumous honour will be too big to accord the man who helped in spreading the message of salvation to the world, particularly Africa.
