Reintroduce 13th Month Salary

May I suggest to Governor Udom Emmanuel’s Administration of the need to pay the 13th month salary to workers.
If there is any state in Nigeria where workers have given more than 100 per cent loyalty and dedication to their government, it is Akwa Ibom.

There has been total industrial harmony in the State and the workers therefore deserve to be compensated for it with a 13th month salary.

Governor Udom Emmanuel has done a lot of positive things for the Akwa Ibom State civil servant in terms of promotion and welfare packages.

He is a worker- friendly governor and he should please cap the year with a special bonus for workers.
