Senator Albert Condoles Ibom Patriots’ Chancellor Over Demise Of Mother-In-law

The Senator representing Akwa Ibom North East Senatorial District and Chairman, Senate Committee on Petroleum Resources (Upstream), Senator Bassey Albert Akpan has commiserated with Obong Bassey Inuaeyen, Chairman, Ibom Patriots, on the demise of his mother-in-law, Late Madam Caroline Amaliwu-aku Onike.
Funeral service in honour of the late Mrs. Carolina Onike, who died at the age of 86, will be held at Madonna Assumpta Catholic Church, Agulu, on Friday, July 17, 2020 by 10:00am, before her interment at the family compound, Agulu in Anaocha Local Government Area of Anambra State.
Senator Albert, popularly called OBA, in his condolence letter, on behalf of his wife, family and constituents of Akwa Ibom North East Senatorial District, conveyed his sympathy to Obong Bassey Inuaeyen, wife, Mrs. Ifeoma and the entire Onike’s family on the passage of their Matriarch.

OBA, who is the Chairman, Akwa Ibom State Caucus in the National Assembly, said, “It was with the deepest sense of sorrow that my wife and I, received the passage to eternity of your mother-in-law, Late Madam Caroline Amaliwu-aku Onike.
“Let me therefore on behalf of my family and constituents of Akwa Ibom North East Senatorial District, commiserate with you, your dear wife and in-laws on the irreplaceable loss of your matriarch.
“As a virtuous woman while alive, her exit will surely create a vacuum. I wish therefore to console you and the entire family, urging you to find inspiration and solace in her well fulfilled life.”
Senator Bassey Albert prayed for the repose of her soul and encouraged the family to carry on with “her worthy moral examples, love and kindness; sterling qualities which greatly endeared her to the family, community and the Church.”
