Thanks to Gov Emmanuel for Providing Atan Offot with Good Roads

It is a known fact that Atan Offot Community in Uyo Local Government Area, had suffered serious neglect and deprivation of road infrastructure by previous government until Governor Udom Emmanuel mandated his rescue team to come and salvage the community and the people from being washed off by a ravaging erosion menace and poor topography.

Before the state government’s timely intervention which eventually quelled the adverse negative effects on the indigenes and residents, the people were daily counting their loses instead of blessings due to the dilapidated condition of the roads network. Today the story is different, such that the same community which was long forgotten and abandoned by previous administrations in the state with the worst road network, now has a network of road projects scattered across the community. This is made possible through the ingenuity and pragmatic nature of the Governor Udom Emmanuel led Administration.

As a living witness to both the former and present condition, it is rather expedient to commend the selfless effort of government pragmatic and responsive approach in living up to it responsibility of ameliorating the sufferings and plights of the people.
