Where Are The Receptacle Bins?

I wish to commend the newly rejuvenated Akwa Ibom State Environmental Protection and Waste Management Agency for doing a great job in keeping Akwa Ibom, particularly Uyo, the State capital, clean.

Refuse collectors have been prompt in doing their jobs and regularly clearing away refuse.

However, I observed that there are no receptacle waste bins placed at the various collection points in and around the state capital.

As a result, garbage is heaped by the sides of the roads especially at the designated points, thereby constituting an eyesore.

In the past, there were such bins strategically placed around the city such that all solid waste was dumped in them and out of sight without constituting environmental pollution.

Please provide the receptacle waste bins again for proper waste disposal.
