It is no longer news that the state owned football clubs, Akwa United and Dakada FC, have made they State proud in recent times.
Their performances in the last NPL competitions in Nigeria have succeeded in projecting Akwa Ibom positively in African football in general and Nigeria in particular.
Consequently, to help them stay in victory and maintain the winning spirit,
Sports lovers and football fans in particular owe them the duties to encourage and support the clubs for both within and outside competitions.
