There is no doubt that Liverpool will win the premiership but not in the grand style they have been daydreaming.
Already, they are in an unassailable lead and it is just impossible for them to lose it now. No they cannot. But what they lost at the weekend was the unbeaten run in the entire season that would have conferred the invincible title on them which would have been of higher quality than that held by Arsenal squad of 2003/2004.
No thanks to Watford for inflicting the first league defeat on Liverpool. It was a case of how are the mighty fallen!
In fact, Watford were the most unlikely team pundits would ever have thought of causing the colossus and collateral damage to Liverpool’s drive towards a record that would have made them to achieve immortality.

Liverpool fans will never forget Ismaila Sarr who scored a brace and made an assist for Deeny to complete the rout.
Actually Liverpool were only looking for their first premiership title in 30 years and not so much of the invincibility. But it would have been an icing on the cake if they were able to achieve it.
